Satisfaction of users in two dental services in Tláhuac, Mexico City

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study was to know the opinion from patients about the efficacy and human quality of dental care received at the Zapotitla and San José dental services in Tlahuac, D.F. Students from the UAM-Xochimilco participated in clinical activities during that year as part of their academic practices. A non probabilistic sample of patients which was attended in last two weeks was selected. They had to fill out a questionnaire which explored different issues about their dental care process. A satisfaction scale was designed to classify their responses. Most of them showed a high degree of satisfaction and because of that, it was considered necessary to propose some hypothesis to carry out new studies in this important field.
