ABSTRACT

Nasal reconstruction in patients with Wegener Granulomatosis has historically had a variety of approaches, being the calvarium bone graft of choice by their biocompatibility, easy access and the least rate of resorption. Describes the case of a 24 year old female patient with saddle nose deformity treated with bicoronal approach in conjunction with external nasal approach for rotation of frontal bone flap.
