ABSTRACT

Focal epithelial hyperplasia is a proliferative disease of the oral mucosa, which occurs in children and adolescents, with prevalence in women, associated with the presence of human papilloma virus subtypes 13 and 32, can be sporadic, have presented as familial cases may be associated with autosomal recessive hereditary predisposition. We analyzed the clinical presentation and treatment options.
