ABSTRACT

There is reported a clinical case of 37 years -old male patient affected by a Pindborg tumor located in the right side of the maxilar. The opportune detection of this injury was done by a fistolus trayectory in the palatin mucosa. Nevertheless, the relation that this disease has with retained or isolated dental organs make difficult the clinical diferencial diagnostic.
