ABSTRACT

In a period of 6 years e treated in the General Hospital of Durango, 58 patients. 55 with Hirschsprung Disease and 3 with Chronic Idiopática constipation by Endorectal Transanal Approachtype “De la Torre”; 16 of them majors of 6 years and still ith important rectosigmoid dilatation. ® e surgical procedure could be realised satisfactorily in all, approximately in 2 hs., ith a hospital stay of 7 days at the first 14 cases and later only 48-72 hs.® e passage of evacuations as bet een the first and third day, in this ay the beginning of the oral route.® ere ere majors and minors complications ith diferent resolution that ill comment.® e excellent pursuit to 80 months, ith 1-3 daily evacuations ithout use of laxatives, fecal continencia in majors of 3 years, a stained case and three cases developed postderivational enterocolitis.
