ABSTRACT

Otic barotrauma o barotitis is little frequent in external ear, and when it happens is due to some plug in this place causing a difference of pressure with the tympanic box, causing maleolar or tympanic rupture. It is reported the case of a male patient with right sudden hypoacusia and otalgia after blowing his nose.
