ABSTRACT

Nasal valve stenosis commonly presents as a postoperative complication of rhinoplasty or facial trauma. Various techniques have been reported to correct nasal valve stenosis through the use of methods that support the nasal valve with cartilage, rib graft, although these tissues are not useful in some cases to improve the nasal breathing 1. In this article the nasal valve suspension technique is explained, which is an easy and effective way to solve severe valvular stenosis.
