ABSTRACT
We describe the case of a woman in the fourth decade of life with a history of adrenal insufficiency and primary hypothyroidism since age 27 who during follow-up developed primary ovarian failure three years later. With these findings it was possible to establish the diagnosis of type II autoimmune poliglandular syndrome.
