ABSTRACT

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the testicular cord is a rare entity. There are approximately two hundred and forty cases reported in the medical literature. The case of an eighty-eight-year-old patient seen at the Hospital Español presenting with spermatic cord leiomyosarcoma as third primary urological tumor with a history of primary prostate and bladder cancer is presented along with a review of the literature.
