Linfangioleiomiomatosis pulmonar

ABSTRACT
The case of a 44-year-old female presenting with dyspnea of 60 days evolution and weight loss of weight of 4 kg in the same period. A tomography scan revealed bilateral increase of the interstitial tissue, multiple and bilateral small size cysts with thin walls, and bilateral pleural effusion. This resulted to be chylothorax after thoracic drainage. A videothoracoscopic lung biopsy revealed the histologic features of lymphangioleyomiomatosis.
