Fístula aortoentérica como causa de sangrado digestivo

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to describe the case an aortoenteric fistulae on an adult patient whose chief complaint was a gastrointestinal bleeding and sepsis. It is important to remember its low incidence and high mortality. We are also going to discuss its different locations, presentations, the physiopathologic mechanisms involved and the well known association with vascular prosthesis.
