ABSTRACT

Klatskin tumor is a rare tumor and nonspecific clinical enough, we must always take this into account as part of the differential diagnosis in diseasecausing obstructive jaundice and a delay in diagnosis has important implications in their management as the only possibility healing in the surgical resection but unfortunately it is a small percentage of patients who benefit from this treatment as an option, leaving only palliative treatment.
