ABSTRACT
The osteoporosis and the degenerative sufferings as well as the chronic illnesses constitute a problem of health that produces severe cases of disability during the menopause. The integration of a health program directed to this group of the population tending to prevent this type of incapacity would improve this problem. The program includes medical preventive attention , rehabilitation actions and treatment, carried out during the climacteric to improve the quality of life and the social development of these patients by means of the opportune detection and the attention of the pathologies that can produce inability.
