ABSTRACT

We herein report a very rare case of a large retroperitoneal seminoma in a 33 years old man who had his left atrophic testicle previously removed because of pain with initial microscopic findings of atrophy and tubular hyalinization that was later reexamined finding a fibrous scar with intratubular germinal neoplasia that suggested a previous burn out testicular tumor.
