Linfoma no Hodgkin Testicular Primario de Células T Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

ABSTRACT

We reported a case of primary testicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma, in a patient of 91 old, with clinical finding of orchiepididymitis which do not present improvement with antibiotic and symptomatic treatment. Subsequently we studied in our service and decided to make radical orchidectomy by the presence of right testicular tumor. Large cell high degree Testicular non- Hodgkin lymphoma is reported. We carry out a bibliographic revision presenting the prognostic factors and current therapeutic tendencies for this pathology.
