ABSTRACT

Background. Ureteral ectopia is a congenital abnormality of the terminal segment of one or both ureters in wich the ureteral orifice is located distal to the trigone bladder. Continuous or intermittent urinary incontinence is the most frequently reported clinical symptom associated with ureteral ectopia
Case Report. A female patient with urinary incontinence is presented. During years was treated for stress incontinence and irritative bladder. Complete duplication of pelvis and urethra ending in vagina was discover during endoscopy and X ray studies. Upper partial nephrectomy and ureterectomy was performed.
