ABSTRACT
Intramedullary tuberculosis without bone affection it’s a rare pathology. Until now it’s been reported in India, Turkey, USA and France. It can simulate an intramedullary tumor syndrome, with evidence of spinal compression without radiology evidence of bone affection.
