ABSTRACT

The perforation of the uterus by an intrauterine device (DIU), with migration towards the vesical cavity and generating a secondary way to litiasis formation had been reason for diverse reports in literature. In this report we described the history and clinical course of an unusual case of another due their time to evolution (20 years), the absence of urinary symptoms and its incidental finding. The management was by means of cistolitotripsia pneumatic, endoscopic extraction of the bilateral DIU and salpingoclasia.
