ABSTRACT

The increased of automobile accidents has resulted in an increased in fractures of the pelvic ring. Nerve injury it’s still the major cause of morbidity in long term after fractures of the pelvic ring, with an incidence between 10-46%. An important step in the diagnosis of this injury is the clinical evaluation before and after the surgical procedure together with electrodiagnostic studies. The objective of presenting this case is to point out the importance of an aimed clinical evaluation in relation to radiology and electrodiagnostic studies.
