Renal Echinococcosis: retroperitoneal hydatid cyst. Diagnostic, treatment and atipic case report

ABSTRACT
The renal cyst appeared witch more frequency after general evaluation in the abdominal ultrasonography.
Renal hydatidosis and extrarenal retroperitoneal hydatid cyst is more rare.
This disease, a zoonotic parasitic infestation is caused by the cestode
echinococcus granulosus in the larval stage.
We reported elements for diagnosis and treatment.
