ABSTRACT

We present the case of the patient of 18 years old, single without antecedents of alcohol, smoke and drinking negative, born and resident of Madero City, Mexico. His symptoms started five months ago before the first interview per urology service in the Hospital Regional de Ciudad Madero. Come to the hospital for the laboratory test of the right side of testicle the low growth, no pain, approximately 22 pounds of weigh loss, unspecific symptoms, four months ago started bilateral flank pain and present varicous vein the contralateral test, testicle tumor diagnosis. We made radical Orquiectomy for the patient with definitive diagnosis of pure carcinoma embrionary (CAE). For the little frequency of this case 2-3% we decide to show to the medical community. Six months later of chemotherapy the patients come back with acceptable conditions.
