ABSTRACT

Chondroid syringoma is a rare benign skin appendage tumor with a mesenchymal component, histologically similar to the mixed tumor of the salivary glands. Rarely this lesion has a malignant transformation. Head and neck regions are the most frecuent localizations. We present two cases, a 58-year-old male with a lesion in the nose and a 74-year-old male with a lesion in the right nasolabial region.
