ABSTRACT

A retrospective review of 67 patients with ipsilateral femoral and tibial fractures was realized in a three year period. Reintegration to them habitual activities was found in 51 cases; 16 patients had some complication. Best results were found in patients treated with intramedullary nailing to both fractures.
