Tuberculosis cutis colliquativa

ABSTRACT
Cutaneous tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Represents approximately 0.15 to 30% of all cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in not industrialized countries. The decrease of this incidence can be attributed to BCG vaccine and the availability of effective antituberculosis drugs. However, it has not been eradicated and has now presented an increase due to, immunodeficiency diseases like HIV/AIDS. We report a 55 year old man case with scrofuloderma.
