ABSTRACT

Aspergillus is an organism capable of causing clinical manifestations in both healthy and immunosuppressed patients. The fungic tumors can develop in maxilla and ethmoidale cavities, and sometimes in superior mandible after dental procedures. In this cases the invasion to the mucosa isn’t visible and a good drainage is curative. In this paper we analyze a thirty two year male with 2 week history of headache, by histopathological a image study it demonstrates Aspergillomas which is extracted by surgery.
