ABSTRACT

The Erectyle Dysfunction (DE because of its Spanish acronym) is a disorder that has been sub diagnosed and underestimated. This is because patients sometimes reject to look for medical advice. Most of the times, this happens because of the role of society while managing aspects regarding this illness. Nowadays, DE is not just an elucidated problem handled by the urologist; however, it is and early indicator for coronary illness and atherosclerotic disea-se widespread. To recognized this association is crucial because it will be the first step to diagnose early symptoms in order to avoid coronary problems in patients who suffer from incipient arteriosclerosis.
