ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis is a social disease with important medical implications, recently it is relevant disease because the higher incidence associated to VIH infection. We present a discussion about a case of miliar tuberculosis (pulmonary and peritoneal) and we comment two guidelines about diagnostic and treatment.
