ABSTRACT

Thirty-seven years old female with epigastric abdominal pain, jaundice and fever. Physical examination with epigastric tenderness and distention. Hyperbilirrubinaemia shown in the liver function test. The diagnosis was choledocholithiasis and ERCP was performed. An hour later, the patient complains about abdominal cramps with tachycardia and ileum. Abdominal film shows retroperitoneal contrast material.
