ABSTRACT
The cystic fibrosis (CF) is the disease most common autosomal recessive in the Caucasian population. The most common format is a progressive lung disease associated with pancreatic insufficiency. Reported the case of girl of 2 years three months, to whom it is the diagnosis of Acrodermatosis enteropathica by deficiency of zinc to the five months of age. She was treated with supplement of zinc with excellent response, but later developed chronic diarrhea, stunting their growth and development. It was managed with different schemes of treatment, without improvement. On admission to the hospital decides to make the determination of electrolyte in sweat resulting high on two occasions; suspecting Cystic Fibrosis, genetic analysis that is positive for CF is made. Given that CF is very rare in our country: above all that occur with dermatosis, seemed of interest the presentation of this case.REFERENCES
