ABSTRACT
Cheilitis granulomatosa is the most common clinical manifestation of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome. It’s a idiopathic orofacial granulomatosis; infrequent, progressive and benign in nature. An adult male patient with this condition shows a good response after four months of treatment with minocycline and intralesional administration of triamcinolone.
