Dear members of the National Biomedical Engineering community, as usual, this new Journal issue represents a remarkable effort from the authors to obtain a final scientific product of high quality.
Once again, I really appreciate the contributions sent by the Mexican researchers that still trust on the Mexican Journal of Biomedical Engineering. The joint work performed by authors, editorial board and the SOMIB directive panel has paid an important benefit: our journal has been included again in the so-called High Quality Index for Scientific Journals. Actually, this is a great new. I hope, this fact encourages the submission of new contributions from different authors.
