ABSTRACT
This paper describes the characteristics of the application developed with the aim of
computerizing the management of an event held in the national health system. The
application consists of a product for Plone, modifying the site in which it is installed.
These allow members of an organizing committee or scientific organizing the event
through a workflow and interact with the site, store presentations, conferences and
discuss the work online.
