ABSTRACT

The nosocomial infection it is an iatrogenia of international character that impacts proportionally with the grade of development of the hospitals, equipment and the more wide use of the antimicrobianes but also, with repercussion and different focuses in dependence of the prevailing social system. Presently work is approached the human, economic and social impact of this problem of health in our means, as well as the main aspects are exposed on which the work perspectives should be based on this sense.
