ABSTRACT

As this patient any other, the pregnant patient is not exempt to suffer cardiopulmonary arrest, for adequate management is important to know the basic and advanced support guides, and also to know the modification in the management of pregnant patient that are based in the physiologic changes of the pregnancy, respect the air way, management of supine hypotension, and the opportune used of the perimorten cesarean, as the other possible differential diagnosis that are specific of the pregnancy condition, those knowledge are fundamentals for a efficient cardio respiratory arrest resuscitation and the improvement in the survivor of the mother and son.
