ABSTRACT

Ganglioglioma is a rare primary tumor of the central nervous system (CNS), is a biphasic neoplasm formed by a glial component and a neuronal. The age group of presentation is in childhood and young adults; supratentorial localization is typical. The present case it is of interest because of the infrequently infratentorial presentation and patients are younger, generally.
