ABSTRACT

Segmental Darier disease is an unusual form of this condition. It is characterized by the localized distribution of the lesions along Blaschko´s lines. A genomic mosaicism has been recently demonstrated in these patients. Both type 1 and type 2 mosaic phenotypes have been reported.
We report a case in which clinical and histological findings were consistent with type 1 segmental Darier disease and we include a revision on the subject.
