ABSTRACT
We present two cases of ectopia cordis attended in the Hospital Infantíl y Hospital Integral de la Mujer del Estado de Sonora diagnosed by fetal ultrasonogram. The immediate attention of both new born got only the preparation to keep warm and hydratation by the collocation of the silastic mesh and the instillation of physiologic solution.
