ABSTRACT

Wilms tumor is a renal malignancy described more than a century that affects the pediatric population, this article emphasizes the clinical manifestations to which should have a high degree of suspicion, and the implementation of appropriate imaging studies for diagnosis, rapid and accurate, since the patient has a good chance of survival if diagnosed in time.
