Key words:

woman, labour and educational inclusion.

ABSTRACT

“Being a woman supposes to have a set of qualities and strengths; also, to find diverse psychosocial and macrosocial barriers” Poal (1993). The aim of these words available below, are to publicize the picture in a span not so wide but significant about the participation of women in the labor areas and research.
As mentioned, the journey through the years is brief. However, it is so vast, that it can be concluded that the prospects of women in this field will be very difficult to achieve if there is still a traditional view that women are responsible for tasks within the household, caring for children, not outside home; additionally, if women work to receive some salary compensation, it will be only for “help” and “temporary”. For these reasons, studying or trying to stand out is irrelevant. The labour and educational overcoming opportunities should be equitable for both genders with equal pay.
