ABSTRACT

Hemifacial atrophy or Parry-Romberg Syndrome is a frightening and frustrating condition for the involve individuals, in which they undergoes a period of slow and progressive atrophy, mainly affecting the soft tissue of one side of the face. We describe the case of a 24-year-old female patient with moderate facial hemiatrophy on the right side, treated with a malar implant and autologous fat abdominal graft, showing that these treatments provides satisfactory aesthetic results in the correction of this deformity.
