ABSTRACT

The objective of this case was to evaluate the clinical results obtained in the reconstruction of the alveolar process of the residual defect found after the extraction of a tooth with a lesion in the esthetic zone endoperiodontal (2.2). ROG procedure was a combined technique of autogenous block graft donated a maxillary exostosis, plus the use of non-resorbable membrane and allograft ePTFE. The results obtained after four months was the increase in alveolar bone volume of rearranged with a profit of 8 mm in width (V-P). The exostosis to be an autogenous bone graft provides osteogenic properties, osteoconductive and osteoinductive so use it as a block graft is an alternative to lower morbidity, conservative and pro in combination with a traditional ROG technique for the reconstruction of edges in preparation prior to dental implant placement.
