ABSTRACT

During chewing, there are horizontal, vertical and axial teeth forces (twisting) that produce the so-called non-carious injuries. These, in combination with chemicals, may cause intrinsic or extrinsic lesions. The purpose of this study is to describe them for proper diagnosis and treatment according to their etiology.
