ABSTRACT

In Mexico the prehospitalization attention Cruz Roja Mexicana, Servicios Médicos del Departamento del Distrito Federal, UNAM Medical Services General Direction, ISSSTE Emergency, Civil Associations and others services in the states and federal and for different private companies, at the begining this attention was only a services for accidents communication, however development of this civil protection programs in the country against the natural disasters. The prehospitalization attention offers a service operational service and coordination in cases of emergency that gives from the first contac to the patient and offers the cares for the establishment organism since the place of the accident until the reception in to the hospital with the structure and ability during of transportation realizing support vital necessary advanced for stabilized of condition of the patient the results contribute the send the mortage avoided deaths. In our country the importation arterial is a syndrome of multiple etiology, that its a represent mexican population of the prevalence between 12% to 21%, and one of this complication must important that shows 1% of the sicks patients are the hipertensive crisis this the damage can produce delicate causes for the leisure’s in the white organs, and put in danger the life of the patient, so it necessary immediatly attention of the patient those they required immediatly attention for avoiding the damage and the death of the patient.
