ABSTRACT

Introduction: The Process of Attention of nursing (PAE) it is a systematic and rational method of to plan and to give nursing cares. Their objective is to identify the current necessities of health and the patient’s potentials that has an ischemic cerebral vascular illness and to establish plans to solve the identified necessities and to act in a specific way to solve them, to develop the PAE they should participate two people at least the nurse and the patient without forgetting to include to the family. The nurse requires technical capacities, intellectuals and of relationship, to use the PAE. The process of nursing attention is considered like a series of four to five phases that are valuation, diagnostic of infirmary that constitutes a relationship of the alterations, current or potential, of the level of the patient’s health, planning establishing objectives, execution that is carried out with the nursing interventions and lastly evaluation of the nursing care.
