ABSTRACT

The present is a clinical case of a female patient of 22 years of age who was interned in the Coronary Intensive Care of the Instituto Nacional de Cardiología “Ignacio Chávez”; 75 days after having undergone cesarean surgery, with a peripartum cardiomyopathy diagnose, on whom the attention process was applied and nursery diagnoses are established such as diminished cardiac output with left ventricle dysfunction, and anxiety related with death threats.
