Complicated perineal trauma

ABSTRACT

This is the presentation of a female case aged 8 undergoes a complex perineal trauma and the bone pelvis due to crushing between a moving truck and a tree. She came to Emergency Room under a hypovolemic state by abundant bleeding through perineum. An external perineal tamponage, repair of injuries of perineal organs previous a laparotomy derivative. She evolved slowly but satisfactory and was discharged at 45 days after admission. We conclude that the good results obtained depended on the promptness in the surgical assistance, the implementation of principles of the damage control surgery, multidisciplinary care and bypass of fecal course.
