ABSTRACT

This is a case report of a patient who develop Rh alloinmunization that ended with premature delivery because of fetal complications. It is important to remember the prevention, diagnosis and management of this patology that still has a high morbidity and mortality in despite of current advance diagnostic techniques and adequate treatment.
