ABSTRACT

Objective. The diagnosis of the asthma in the children is difficult, because there aren’t parameter and the clinical manifestations are similar with other diseases. In the last years the asthma showed an increase in the incidence, a possibility can be the over diagnosis of it. Decided to realize an analysis of the principal elements for a certain diagnosis of the asthma. Conclusions. I concluded that, the diagnosis of the asthma should be based in the recurrence sibilance and the greater criterion (family history and ambient), the smaller criterion should has in mind reject other diagnosis possibility.
