ABSTRACT

Adenomatoidea cystic disease is a very rare pathology characterized by inappropriate proliferation of mesenchymal elements lung, with formation of cysts. May be associated with other congenital malformations and presented as hidrops fetalis or respiratory distress syndrome in the neonatal period; but can also go unnoticed for varying periods of life. Currently diagnosis is prenatal and its treatment is definitely surgical. We present a case detected in our hospital.
