ABSTRACT

A 77-year-old male with vascular intermittent claudication who underwent arterial bypass with partial improvement in walk tolerance, but persisted with neuropathic leg pain associated with paresthesia in dermatomal distribution. Study protocol was conducted confirming lumbar spinal stenosis and radicular commitment for L5 S1 in a mixed clinical presentation of vascular and neurogenic claudication.
